Eileen holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from Marquette University and has over 15 years of experience in direct marketing of products and services in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. She has held several lead positions including Marketing Manager for ITW Mima (Illinois Toolworks, a Fortune 200 company); Senior Writer for G. Neil, a nation-wide distributor of human resource products; and Marketing Manager for ME Productions, one of South Florida’s largest destination management and business event production companies. At Rabideau Klein, Eileen’s role as Marketing Coordinator allows her to keep her writing, design and Excel skills well-honed. Her responsibilities include producing the two monthly Rabideau Klein briefs, Million Dollar Mortgages and The Town of Palm Beach, and general marketing support as needed. Eileen is originally from the beautiful peninsula of Door County Wisconsin.

Debbie has over 20 years of paralegal experience specializing in residential and commercial real estate. Debbie’s enthusiasm and acumen for real estate conditions and compliance is readily evident in the breadth of her work. Her professional experience ranges from supporting sole practitioners in tight-knit business communities to supporting multiple attorneys at an international firm. As a Florida native, Debbie gained valuable insight into county municipalities early in her career through her work with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, where she was involved on a daily basis with the coordination of trials with the judge’s judicial staff and the Sheriff’s Department. In her current role as a Real Estate Paralegal with Rabideau Klein, Debbie’s extensive knowledge helps high net-worth clients navigate the intricacies of real estate transactions and closings.

Carol has been a Paralegal for 20 years and has been in the legal field for over 30 years. She graduated from Katharine Gibbs Secretarial School in 1974 and worked in both the corporate and legal world in Connecticut. Carol obtained her paralegal certificate at the University of Connecticut in 1996 and several years later relocated to South Florida in 2001. Her employment in Florida has included working for prominent local law firms specializing in residential and commercial real estate closings and land use matters. Carol’s responsibilities as a Real Estate Paralegal for Rabideau Klein include multi-million dollar property closings and working with local planning and zoning offices on land use matters. She supports her clients by coordinating all information needed to make the closing and land use process as easy as possible.

Garrett’s assignment as Legal Assistant for Rabideau Klein requires him to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment. The company attorneys and paralegals rely on Garrett to help orchestrate a seamless and responsive process for their clients. In support of all legal services provided by Rabideau Klein, in any given week, Garrett may touch every contract and active file, and interact with a multitude of clients. Garrett assembles the document packets after all closings, and has recently completed the Attorneys Title Fund Real Estate Paralegal Training Program at Seminole State College. Before entering the legal field, Garrett worked in customer service for fifteen years and continues to strive to bring conscientious support and detailed expertise to every interaction and project.

Lewanna has over 30 years of paralegal experience specializing in residential real estate. Before joining Rabideau Klein in early 2016, Lewanna worked for several law firms specializing in residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, probate, litigation, and planning and zoning, as well as title companies in Northern Palm Beach County. In her current role as a Real Estate Paralegal with Rabideau Klein, Lewanna assists clients with all of the intricacies and details of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Lewanna is also a licensed real estate agent. She volunteers and works with Best Buddies Palm Beach serving on the Friendship Walk Committee. Best Buddies is a nonprofit organization that promotes one to one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and development disabilities.

Her in-depth specialization in local residential and commercial real estate comes from a solid background of the drafting and review of an array of legal documents, such as deeds, affidavits, title examinations and mortgages. Prior to her assignment at Rabideau Klein, Leslie’s experience included work for an eight-partner South Florida firm and a 16-attorney North Palm Beach practice, both specializing in Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning, and Probate matters. Leslie is a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal and before joining Rabideau Klein, worked for law firms specializing in residential and commercial real estate, banking finance, land use and planning and zoning. In her current role as a Real Estate Paralegal with Rabideau Klein, Leslie assists clients with all aspects and details of real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Gina has over 25 years of experience dealing with financial records, transactions, and escrow accounts in professional environments, including tenures as Office Manager, Team Leader and Administrative Assistant. As Administrative Assistant/Escrow Coordinator for Rabideau Klein, in addition to keeping the firm’s real estate contracts and related documents organized, Gina also supports the attorneys and paralegals by coordinating the escrow process, which may necessitate frequent communication with lenders, buyers, sellers, brokers, agents and title companies on the purchase or sale of property. Gina also assists with general estate transactions and ensures clients receive friendly, attentive assistance. Earlier in her career, Gina served proudly with the United States Army based in Fort Hood, Texas where she was a Rank E-4 Specialist and has an A.A. degree in Education.
