Eileen serves as Marketing Specialist for Rabideau Klein and puts her writing, design and analytics skillset to work creating website content, administrating direct response campaigns, and producing the monthly Town of Palm Beach Brief. Eileen holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from Marquette University and has over fifteen years of experience in direct marketing. Her professional background includes copywriting for GHR Advertising in Boca Raton and also several lead positions including Marketing Manager for a local branch of the Fortune 200 company Illinois Tool Works, Senior Writer for the nation’s largest human resource products company, formerly, G. Neil, and Marketing Coordinator for one of South Florida’s largest destination management and business event production companies. Eileen is a voracious reader and loves to spend her free time poolside with the current bestseller in hand. Eileen is originally from the beautiful peninsula of Door County Wisconsin, a.k.a., The Midwest’s Cape Cod.

Debbie has over 20 years of paralegal experience specializing in residential real estate. Debbie’s enthusiasm and acumen for real estate conditions and compliance is readily evident in the breadth of her work. Her professional experience ranges from supporting sole practitioners in tight-knit business communities to supporting multiple attorneys at an international firm. As a Florida native, Debbie gained valuable insight into county municipalities early in her career through her work with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, where she was involved on a daily basis with the coordination of trials with the judge’s judicial staff and the Sheriff’s Department. In her current role as a Real Estate Paralegal with Rabideau Klein, Debbie’s extensive knowledge helps high net-worth clients navigate the intricacies of real estate transactions and closings.

Garrett Ellis

Garrett has worked for Rabideau Klein for several years, initially as a Legal Assistant, and soon thereafter as a Real Estate Paralegal. Garrett holds an Associates Degree from Palm Beach State College, and completed the Real Estate Paralegal Certification program from Seminole State College in conjunction with Attorney’s Title Fund. Before entering the legal field, Garrett worked in customer service and continues to strive to bring that same conscientious support and detailed expertise to every interaction and project. What motivates Garrett is providing every client with a high level of service and cheerful communication that takes all the stress out of buying or selling a home. The best compliment he can get is, “You made this a totally painless process!” Garrett loves to travel with his new wife and discover places they’ve never been before.

Erica has been in her field for over ten years and enjoys being the face of a company. She has worked for several high-end boutique law firms, as well as The Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. Erica has a passion for providing five-star treatment and at Rabideau Klein she manages the front desk of their Bankers Row law office. In addition to ensuring that clients and visitors receive a professional and warm welcome, Erica handles incoming calls, maintains internal calendars, and is often the first line when a client needs help. When not at the office, Erica loves spending time with her family, enjoys working out, and especially likes taking her dogs, Brixton and Reef, to the beach.

Leslie Hill

Leslie is a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal with over thirty-five years of Paralegal experience in Palm Beach County. Her in-depth specialization in local residential and commercial real estate comes from a solid background in the drafting and review of an array of legal documents such as deeds, affidavits, title examinations and mortgages. Prior to her assignment at Rabideau Klein, Leslie worked for an eight-partner law office and a 16-attorney firm, both specializing in real estate, trusts and estates and probate matters. In her current position at Rabideau Klein, Leslie assists clients with all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Leslie’s can-do attitude is reflected in her favorite inspiration message: As long as you enjoy what you do, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.

Michael Jestic

Michael’s career began when he worked for the family construction business as a site manager in Michigan, and his last assignment prior to RK Concierge, was for a Florida-based emergency restoration company. Through his supervision of mitigating and rebuilding properties that underwent catastrophic events, Michael gained invaluable experience and industry connections for best practices in property preservation in South Florida’s unique climate. Michael studied Architectural Design at Michigan State University, has an Associate Degree in Construction Management and is a licensed Builder. His passion for erecting and maintaining fine architecture continues to inspire him in his role as Chief Property Concierge at RK Concierge. Michael is perfectly poised to perform this specialty service for clients wishing for RK Concierge’s five-star treatment in providing home watch over residences and investment properties when the owners are out of state.

Krissi Neville

Krissi has been working as a Real Estate Paralegal in South Florida for twenty-five years. As a local professional, her career began in the Town of Palm Beach, and she has also held positions in the cities of West Palm Beach and Jupiter, where she specialized in multi-million dollar real estate closings. Due to Krissi’s real estate experience in delivering exceptional service to high-net worth clients, she is a natural fit for Rabideau Klein where her responsibilities include assisting the attorneys with real estate matters for their local clients. Krissi considers Jupiter/Juno Beach to be her second home because it’s where she trains for triathlons and marathons.  She has completed several half Ironman’s and one full Ironman. She loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys all water related activities including, swimming, snorkeling, boating, and fishing.

Idara’s Real Estate Law career was launched in Austin Texas via five years of working with clients in a customer service capacity, as well as an Escrow Assistant for real estate attorneys where she gained valuable experience helping new home owners navigate their closings and understand the details of their contracts. At Rabideau Klein, in addition to preparing escrows for real property transactions in which title is insured, and assembling and reviewing closing documents and ensuring they are properly delivered to clients and lenders, Idara also prepares a comprehensive closing package for each new property purchase. Idara holds a B.A. from Florida State University. She is an avid cinema buff and fiction reader, and in her spare time enjoys date nights with her husband, tending her flowers and plants, and chasing around her Bassett Hound, George.

Lisa’s professional background includes over twenty years working as a Real Estate Paralegal at law firms in West Palm Beach where she helped with complex transactions in residential and commercial real estate acquisitions. Her work with local, national and international developers, home buyers and sellers, landlords, and other individuals with substantial interests in real property sharply honed her skillset in real estate law. In her role as Paralegal for Rabideau Klein, Lisa offers supportive aid to the firm in the legalities and regulatory compliance of real estate land use, and the purchases and sales of properties.

Madelyn’s professional experience spans twenty-plus years of helping employees thrive in their companies, and includes an extensive stint at Comcast where she helped support over 12,000 Florida Region staff members in her Human Resources role. Her industry accolades include receiving the “Excellence in Human Resources” from the South Florida Business Journal, which recognizes the achievements and backgrounds of some of the area’s most impressive HR professionals.  Madelyn’s alma mater, Nova Southeastern University, from which she holds both an M.B.A., and a Master of Science in Employment Law, nominated her for the college’s prestigious “Student Lifetime Achievement Award.”  As the Human Resources and Office Manager for Rabideau Klein, Madelyn handles all people related matters and ensures that the office operates smoothly. When not in the office, Madelyn enjoys spending quality time with her family that now includes four grandchildren and three cats.
