Melissa has over twenty years of experience working in both the public and private sectors. She has collaborated with leadership teams on major projects and has held key administrative roles at a prominent Fort Lauderdale law firm. Melissa enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her family.
Garrett has worked for Rabideau Klein for several years, initially as a Legal Assistant, and soon thereafter as a Real Estate Paralegal. Garrett holds an Associates Degree from Palm Beach State College, and completed the Real Estate Paralegal Certification program from Seminole State College in conjunction with Attorney’s Title Fund. Before entering the legal field, Garrett worked in customer service and continues to strive to bring that same conscientious support and detailed expertise to every interaction and project. What motivates Garrett is providing every client with a high level of service and cheerful communication that takes all the stress out of buying or selling a home. The best compliment he can get is, “You made this a totally painless process!” Garrett loves to travel with his new wife and discover places they’ve never been before.
Krissi has been working as a Real Estate Paralegal in South Florida for twenty-five years. As a local professional, her career began in the Town of Palm Beach, and she has also held positions in the cities of West Palm Beach and Jupiter, where she specialized in multi-million dollar real estate closings. Due to Krissi’s real estate experience in delivering exceptional service to high-net worth clients, she is a natural fit for Rabideau Klein where her responsibilities include assisting the attorneys with real estate matters for their local clients. Krissi considers Jupiter/Juno Beach to be her second home because it’s where she trains for triathlons and marathons. She has completed several half Ironman’s and one full Ironman. She loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys all water related activities including, swimming, snorkeling, boating, and fishing.
Idara’s Real Estate Law career was launched in Austin Texas via five years of working with clients in a customer service capacity, as well as an Escrow Assistant for real estate attorneys where she gained valuable experience helping new home owners navigate their closings and understand the details of their contracts. At Rabideau Klein, in addition to preparing escrows for real property transactions in which title is insured, and assembling and reviewing closing documents and ensuring they are properly delivered to clients and lenders, Idara also prepares a comprehensive closing package for each new property purchase. Idara holds a B.A. from Florida State University. She is an avid cinema buff and fiction reader, and in her spare time enjoys date nights with her husband, tending her flowers and plants, and chasing around her Bassett Hound, George.
Ruby Parkell is our friendly receptionist, welcoming visitors, managing calls and correspondence, and supporting the daily operations of our office. A Florida native, Ruby brings three years of experience in the real estate industry and a deep knowledge of her hometown to her role. Committed to professional growth, Ruby has earned industry-recognized certifications and pursued her real estate license through Florida Gold Coast School, reflecting her dedication and integrity. She is passionate about supporting her colleagues and providing every client with a warm, welcoming experience.
Outside the office, Ruby enjoys exploring South Florida’s natural beauty, staying active through fitness, and cooking for her family. She believes in showing up every day with honesty, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
