Eileen serves as Marketing Director for Rabideau Klein. In this capacity she prepares campaigns and directs her creative and analytics team in website content and production of the monthly Town of Palm Beach and Florida Multimillion Dollar Market briefs, and the Rabideau Klein e-newsletter. Eileen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Marquette University and has over fifteen years of experience in leadership and creative positions in direct marketing. Her professional background includes producing work for the real estate marketing agency, GHR Advertising in Boca Raton, Marketing Manager for a local branch of the Fortune 200 company Illinois Tool Works, Senior Writer for the nation’s largest human resource products company, formerly, G. Neil, and Marketing Manager for ME Productions. Eileen is originally from the peninsula of Door County, Wisconsin, a.k.a., The Midwest’s Cape Cod, and loves to spend her free time poolside with the current bestseller in hand.

Debbie has over 20 years of paralegal experience specializing in residential real estate. Debbie’s enthusiasm and acumen for real estate conditions and compliance is readily evident in the breadth of her work. Her professional experience ranges from supporting sole practitioners in tight-knit business communities to supporting multiple attorneys at an international firm. As a Florida native, Debbie gained valuable insight into county municipalities early in her career through her work with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, where she was involved on a daily basis with the coordination of trials with the judge’s judicial staff and the Sheriff’s Department. In her current role as a Real Estate Paralegal with Rabideau Klein, Debbie’s extensive knowledge helps high net-worth clients navigate the intricacies of real estate transactions and closings.

Melissa’s finance background includes over twenty years working in both the public and private sectors. As a seasoned accounting executive in internal corporate finance she has gained invaluable experience in business formation and restructuring.  Melissa has administrated strategic mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and divestitures in collaboration with a Board of Directors, and has also served as assistant to the CFO at a major Fort Lauderdale law firm. At Rabideau Klein, it’s Melissa’s responsibility to provide a clear accounting system that is compliant with ethics regulation. In her day-to-day duties, she captures expenses and prepares financial statements that must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date in order to meet the reporting obligations of the firm, its clients and the Florida Bar. Melissa says she looks forward to traveling the world and spending time with her family.

Garrett has worked for Rabideau Klein for several years, initially as a Legal Assistant, and soon thereafter as a Real Estate Paralegal. Garrett holds an Associates Degree from Palm Beach State College, and completed the Real Estate Paralegal Certification program from Seminole State College in conjunction with Attorney’s Title Fund. Before entering the legal field, Garrett worked in customer service and continues to strive to bring that same conscientious support and detailed expertise to every interaction and project. What motivates Garrett is providing every client with a high level of service and cheerful communication that takes all the stress out of buying or selling a home. The best compliment he can get is, “You made this a totally painless process!” Garrett loves to travel with his new wife and discover places they’ve never been before.

Leslie is a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal with over thirty-five years of Paralegal experience in Palm Beach County. Her in-depth specialization in local residential and commercial real estate comes from a solid background in the drafting and review of an array of legal documents such as deeds, affidavits, title examinations and mortgages. Prior to her assignment at Rabideau Klein, Leslie worked for an eight-partner law office and a 16-attorney firm, both specializing in real estate, trusts and estates and probate matters. In her current position at Rabideau Klein, Leslie assists clients with all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Leslie’s can-do attitude is reflected in her favorite inspiration message: As long as you enjoy what you do, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.

Krissi has been working as a Real Estate Paralegal in South Florida for twenty-five years. As a local professional, her career began in the Town of Palm Beach, and she has also held positions in the cities of West Palm Beach and Jupiter, where she specialized in multi-million dollar real estate closings. Due to Krissi’s real estate experience in delivering exceptional service to high-net worth clients, she is a natural fit for Rabideau Klein where her responsibilities include assisting the attorneys with real estate matters for their local clients. Krissi considers Jupiter/Juno Beach to be her second home because it’s where she trains for triathlons and marathons.  She has completed several half Ironman’s and one full Ironman. She loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys all water related activities including, swimming, snorkeling, boating, and fishing.

Idara’s Real Estate Law career was launched in Austin Texas via five years of working with clients in a customer service capacity, as well as an Escrow Assistant for real estate attorneys where she gained valuable experience helping new home owners navigate their closings and understand the details of their contracts. At Rabideau Klein, in addition to preparing escrows for real property transactions in which title is insured, and assembling and reviewing closing documents and ensuring they are properly delivered to clients and lenders, Idara also prepares a comprehensive closing package for each new property purchase. Idara holds a B.A. from Florida State University. She is an avid cinema buff and fiction reader, and in her spare time enjoys date nights with her husband, tending her flowers and plants, and chasing around her Bassett Hound, George.
