Coming Soon: South Florida’s Newest Luxury Condo Communites

Olara Residences West Palm Beach: Price range $2 million to $7.4 million, estimated delivery 2027

This four-acre site located at 1919 N. Flagler Drive consists will soon be the home of two condo towers totaling 26 floors with 275 two- to four-bedroom units. The development will offer beautiful views of the ocean, Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island and the city skyline. Each unit will range from 1,490 to 5,000-plus square feet and includes high ceilings and premium interiors. A private 6th floor deck featuring 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces is planned, as well as a 30,000-square foot restaurant helmed by a celebrity chef, a private marina on the Intracoastal with six boat slips, and a waterfront veranda.

BROWARD COUNTY

The Residences at Shell Bay: Price Range $2,150.000 to $2.7 million, estimated delivery 2027

This new condo development will offer one- through four-bedroom residences with open floor plans and wrap-around terraces, 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views of the new Greg Norman championship golf course. The project will also offer several penthouses with private outdoor spaces, some of which will have plunge pools. Amenities are to include a spa and fitness center, a 14,000 square foot rooftop pool, cold plunge, and whirpool, and a 30,000 square foot outdoor terraced event space.

The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six Fort Lauderdale: Price Range $2,350,000 to $3,750,000, estimated delivery 2024

This collection of luxury two- to four-bedroom condo homes will offer private terraces with beautiful views of the marina and waterways. The development will be made up of 62 private residences with 10-foot ceilings and water views from every room. Amenities include a private poolside café and lounge, wellness lounge, several pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga and a Pilates studio.

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY

The Raleigh: Price Range $10 million to $150 million, estimated delivery 2026

According to a recent Forbes article, the new Raleigh “promises to offer an unmatched blend of historical elegance.” This Miami Beach project is located in the heart of South Beach and will transform an iconic 1940’s Art Deco hotel into one of the city’s highest-end resort and residence communities. The Rosewood branded Hotel will include a Michelin-caliber restaurant operated by the famous Italian restaurant Langosteria at its exclusive Beach Club. The 17-story oceanfront tower will feature 10-20 foot ceilings and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental: Price Range $4,900,000 to $27,500,000, estimated delivery 2029

This two-building complex will be developed on Miami’s southernmost point, Brickell Key Island. Designed by Architect firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox, the new Mandarin will have 226 condos in its 66-story South Tower and 228 condos in its 32-story North Tower. The site is situated on 3.5 acres of waterfront, providing nearly panoramic seafront views. There floorplans include two- and four-bedroom units with up to 4,700 square feet of living space, and also two duplex penthouses with over 6,000 feet of living space. Special amities of the community include a collection of multi-tiered and landscaped infinity pools, private cabanas and executive work lounges.

Aria Reserve: Price Range $2.7 to $10 million, estimated delivery 2026

This development consists of a pair of glass 62-story towers that feature sleek modern architecture. Located on Biscayne Bay in Miami’s chic Edgewater neighborhood, when completed, it will be the tallest waterfront residential twin condo towers in the United States, with a total of 782 luxury condo units. New residents can expect breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, and the Miami skyline. Its literature says it “… feels like a private estate hidden away from the rest of the world.”
