Palm Beach real estate investor Richard Cushing True has sold his North End residence at 225 El Pueblo Way for $15.94 million. Originally intended as a resale project, True instead used the Colonial Revival-style home for his family. The property, completed in 2024, features four bedrooms, 5,149 square feet of living space, a pool, loggia, fireplaces, and a ground-floor primary suite.
The sale was conducted through trusts on both sides. On the buyer’s side, Palm Beach attorney Guy Rabideau served as trustee, according to the deed.
True represented himself as the listing agent through his affiliation with the Corcoran Group. The home, which had been on and off the market since 2023, was listed for just under $17 million before the sale.
