Palm Beach Real Estate Attorney’s mortgage publication enables high-yield Palm Beach lenders to see how they measure up in the million-dollar loan market. Rabideau Law offers side-by-side comparisons of data in two page summary of trending data.
PRLog – Lenders of multi-million dollar loans just acquired a free data tool that provides simplified insight into transactions of multi-million dollar real estate loans for residential and commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County. The monthly report is the brainchild of longtime Palm Beach-based real estate attorney, Guy Rabideau, who believes that regular side-by-side comparisons of data can serve as an impetus for market real estate transaction momentum.
The Million Dollar Mortgage Brief is a monthly, two-page resource of four key points of loan data: the Top 5 Palm Beach County Residential Transactions;
“The Million Dollar Mortgage Brief is designed to respond to the needs of lenders, offering a means to compare how our lenders stack up to one another,” said Rabideau. “This type of data is generally expensive and difficult to obtain. I want lenders to know that our client service extends past the buyers and sellers. We are aware of the people and institutions that help make these major investments happen for our community.”
Insights from the first report reveal, for example, that Bank of America and Wells Fargo topped both the residential and commercial charts in October 2014, with Bank of America making 23 residential loans and 12 commercial loans and Wells Fargo making 9 residential loans and 9 commercial loans.
For the period of October 2014, DB Private Wealth Mortgage handled the largest residential loan of $4.5 million and Goldman Sachs Bank handled the highest commercial transaction loan amount of $343 million.
The data is acquired through a variety of public records and rounded off to the nearest millions.
