Trump Property Across from Mar-a-Lago is on the Market

Since the beginning of 2021, the Trump family name has been connected to multiple Palm Beach County multi-million-dollar residential real estate stories. Most recently, a property linked to the family of former President Donald Trump made the news when it went on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The residence is located in the Town of Palm Beach, close to the first family’s home. Here is more on the Trump property across from Mar-a-Lago that just went on the market.

1125 South Ocean Boulevard

Recently, a high-end estate located at 1125 South Ocean Boulevard in the Town of Palm Beach was listed on the MLS for $49 million. Given its location and luxury market conditions, the 10,455-square-foot beachfront property is likely to generate considerable interest. What also makes this beautiful home remarkable is that it sits across from Mar-a-Lago and is presently owned by the Trump family.

The eight-bedroom, eight-bath beachfront mansion at 1125 South Ocean Boulevard, known as “the Beachhouse,” sits on six-tenths of an acre and has almost 200 feet of ocean frontage. According to reports, property records show that the home comprises two separate parcels. One lot is for the house, and the other is vacant and is located immediately south of the residence.

The home has a library, a formal living room, a family room, a sunroom, a balcony overlooking the sea, an outdoor pool, and approximately 200 feet of ocean frontage. Ownership of the Beachhouse includes a membership to the famous Mar-a-Lago club.

The Beachhouse is situated directly across the street from another Trump family property, 1094 South Ocean Blvd The home at 1094 South Ocean has reportedly been in the Trump family for years. The family also owns the estate next door at 124 Woodbridge Road. Both of these properties are north of Mar-a-Lago. Another Trump family member, Elizabeth Trump Grau, the former president’s sister, owns the 124 Woodbridge Road property—The home is situated directly across the street from the property at 1094 South Ocean Blvd.

According to a recent report, Woodbridge Road residents can join The Mar-a-Lago club for free. These members will still be required to pay their monthly dues and other fees.

According to a recent report, the West Indies-style Beachhouse was built in 1956 and was once owned by former President Trump’s sister Maryanne Trump Barry. Barry, a former judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, purchased the estate in 2004 for $11.5 million. In 2018, she reportedly sold the Beachhouse to an LLC managed by her nephews Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. for $18.5 million. After the sale, Eric and Donald Jr. renovated the property and upgraded the interior. Later that same year, Trump International Realty listed the home to rent at a rate of $100,000 per month.

The Palm Beach Real Estate Market

In 2021, the Town of Palm Beach continues to see a thriving real estate market. In February, multiple properties reportedly went on the MLS for $45 million. Other area luxury estates have entered the market at even higher prices, including a former Trump property that is now under contract and could set the highest residential sale record in the county.
