As reported by Bloomberg, “A Palm Beach developer (Todd Michael Glaser) is putting four homes, including one on a private island, up for sale for a combined $353 million in one of South Florida’s ritziest enclaves (Palm Beach).” The redeveloped man-made island at 10 Tarpon Isle now boasts a new mansion and a second reconstructed historical home whose designs echo the original 1939 British Colonial-style architecture. Altogether there were 19 new listings in the category during November, and 39 during the last three months as compared to 42 during the same period of last year.
