The Palm Beach law firm run by real estate attorney Guy Rabideau has a new name — and a new partner.
Rabideau Law is now Rabideau Klein, reflecting the promotion of attorney David E. Klein, who has worked at the firm for seven years.
Klein specializes in real estate law and has “established himself as a vital part of the community through his involvement in a myriad of real estate matters and experience with local property issues,” Rabideau said in a statement announcing the name change.
Klein practices in the areas of real estate transactions, land use, finance and leasing. Rabideau founded his firm in 2002. He and Klein often have represented clients before government bodies and administrative agencies, including the Palm Beach Architectural Commission.
Before joining Rabideau’s firm, Klein interned with several Florida law firms and was an analyst/asset manager for a large commercial real estate investment firm. He was graduated summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012.
The firm is in Suite 404 at 400 Royal Palm Way.
